Inside The Elevation Academy™, you move through a structured 12-week journey built on the 4Ps Elevation Framework™ — the same methodology that has helped professionals reposition, repackage, and rise.
Position
Weeks 1–3. Define your professional identity, clarify your value, and build a positioning strategy based on where you're going — not just where you've been.
Package
Weeks 4–6. Strengthen your resume, LinkedIn, bio, and digital presence so your packaging matches the level of opportunity you're pursuing.
Present
Weeks 7–9. Master your story, executive presence, and communication so you show up with confidence and clarity in every room that matters.
Pursue
Weeks 10–12. Build your visibility strategy, networking approach, and intentional action plan to consistently attract and pursue the right opportunities.

How much time do I need each week?
Expect to commit 3–5 hours per week — including live sessions, implementation work, and community engagement. This is a structured experience, not a passive course.
Is this virtual or in-person?
The Elevation Academy™ is a fully virtual program delivered via live video sessions, making it accessible from anywhere in the world.
What if I can't make a live session?
All live sessions are recorded. You'll have lifetime access to all recordings and materials so you never miss anything.
Is there a payment plan available?
